Ellzey, PLC. Previously operating as Buckmaster Law, Buckmaster &
Ellzey focuses its practice on
Immigration law and offers Family Law mediation with Attorney Buckmaster. Buckmaster
& Ellzey represents clients in Volusia, Flagler and Seminole counties
and has offices located in Daytona Beach and DeLand.
Jeremy Buckmaster, founder of the firm, describes the decision to become
partners, “David and I have similar goals in representation –

Buckmaster & Ellzey also welcomes Associate Attorney,
Brian Cantrell to the team. Mr. Cantrell is a seasoned trial attorney and a Daytona Beach
native. Mr. Cantrell received his law degree from Florida Coastal School
of Law. He interned for the State Attorney's Office in St. John's
County while in law school and previously practiced as an Assistant Public
Defender, during which time he litigated misdemeanors and felonies ranging
from DUI to serious offenses involving life sentences in prison. Mr. Cantrell
will add to the team’s outstanding customer service, strong communication,
and effective negotiation skills.
J. David Ellzey, Jr. describes Mr. Cantrell as a tremendous asset to the
